Tahitian Huts is from my visit to the Tahitian Islands this past summer 2022. These rental huts were on the island of Rangiroa on their own private beach.
This painting carries a rich history, much like we do. It reflects its past self, with my earlier style layered beneath the current one, showcasing my artistic growth. Similar to ourselves, all our history we carry with us makes us who we are today.
